btw one thing I just need to comment that the idle animation is a bit weird for an idle action. i don't think a person would go unnaturally bounce like that, even in game sprites, its just don't bounce like that. the breathing action should be a little subtle i think. and maybe the eyes should blink and mouth should so some action too.
well , i didn't animate much, only that i used to take animation course for 2 months.. but I hope this will help you, because I think you have the talent in animating.
